* Yesterday, I looked through my wool and my knitted sweaters. In doing so, I stumbled upon the bigger shawls I knitted between 2009 and 2011 - in one of the heydays of lace knitting. When my old blog died due to a hacker attack, these photos disappeared from the internets. Well, not completely. They have survived on the knitting community Ravelry. I am uploading the pictures here and on instagram again.
Knitting such a shawl requires concentration and focus - I love that, you can be totally "in flow". Maybe I will knit such a shawl again in the near future. The "old" shawls still look great by the way. They could do with a bit of blocking though.
